Breads
We make all our breads from scratch.
We use only unbleached all natural flours.
We offer a variety of styles from flat bread to loaves of fluffy white bread.

Whole Loaves Whole wheat or white, these loaves come fresh out of the oven and onto your table. Some soft sweet butter to spread and a glass of ice tea, you could make a meal out of them. Be careful though, once you have had this bread it is hard to go back to store bought. |

Yeast Rolls or Garlic Knots Fresh yeast, and fresh flours are used to make these light and fluffy rolls. You can go with plain round dinner type roll, or we do what we call a garlic knot. We tie the dough into a knot and bake them off. when they come out they go into a garlic butter and then into a bowl of fresh parsley and parmesan cheese coating. Whoa nelly, these are to die for. |

Flat Bread These are flat grilled breads, perfect for stuffing with your favorite sandwich filling for a unique sandwich choice. Philly cheese on flat bread is one of our favorites. |

Cheese Sticks and Marinara Sauce Covered in whole milk mozzarella cheese and baked golden brown, these will give Pizza Hut a run for their money. Our marinara sauce is made from fresh tomatoes,onions, and garlic, with fresh basil and parsley, cooked all day to insure the best flavor. Grandma would be proud! |

Cheesy Bread Twists A lighter and crispier bread stick baked with fresh grated parmesan baked right in the dough. These will also be served with our homemade marinara sauce described above. An excellent salad companion. |

Scones A sweet cinnamon treat, that can be served as an appetizer, desert, or just by themselves with a cup of our fresh brewed coffee. |
